What are the ZenMINDpod Sessions?

I aim to offer individuals a flexible and adaptable service that suits everyones unique needs especially in light of Covid. Where sessions will be delievered either via face to face, outside walking or virtual sceranios. I can offer you the same quality of expertise. knowledge and support though various solutions, remotely, pod-based, walking-talking therapy or Mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Technique either inside or out.

Alternatively, you can choose to independently engage with my 6 Step Plan / Tools to Distress Management that focuses on Assessment, Review, techniques and therapy to gain recovery and wellness.

Or you can simply choose to combine my services within on of my group based progammes to help settle and soothe, or boost morale. That focus on recovery, breathing, Mindfulness and CBT and other various techniques.

What should I expect?

Mental Health assessments, reviewing and monitoring to understand your situation and then focus on skills towards your recovery. Offering you timely, proportionate and holistic standardised. To guarantee you reach positive outcomes to maintain optimum health and wellbeing. Building strength, resilience, improving your journey that strives towards making informed choices, warrant individuals, that come to me, independence over their health and wellbeing. I provide appropriate NICE guidance in relation to best mental health treatment, stablisation & recovery for each individual.

I implement appropriate levels of intervetion to prevent escualtion and relapse. Tools to Distress: crisis risk management, stabilisation, wellbeing & safety plans - offering hope, realistic and achievable progression and changing negative thought patterns, to stay in control. My services can be remote, face to face pod-based or durinh walking assessment reviews. Whatever is the most comfortable, approachable environment for you.

Do you have supervision?

Yes, supervision is vital for good practice and a key component within this working context and profession.

As a Social Worker / Mental Health Practitioner by the Health & Care Professional Council HCPC & Social Work England. As part of my professional identity I am expected to engage with the appropriate level of supervision in line with this role. Therefore supervision is vital for good practice. Therefore, I feel it is important and vital that you know that I do engage with relevant and proportinate supervision with a relevant qualified professional to make the most of reflection in a suppotive space to ensure I provide a quality service to all those whom I support.

Are you a qualified, registered professional?

I have current UK professional registration with The Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC)  / Social Work England and I am a recognised Social Worker  / Mental Health Practitioner.

I am also a member of British Association of Social Work BASW.
