ZenMINDpod supports movement forward, by planting a positive perception towards your own viewpoint, your recovery and improved mental health. Sessions start with an assessment, an openess before deciding what it is that you need and want to achieve. We will explore realistic and manageable goals, reviewing through progression.

Therapies

I will offer you a unique and supportive service specific to your needs, that offers you therapy to move forward and away from anxiety, trauma and old negative patterns of behaviour, to enhance your wellness, recovery and continued wellbeing.

To focus and formulate ways forward to develop your own awareness to becoming well. Therapy is offered on a 1:1 or group basis via: Mindfulness, Enhanced Breathing Techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Freedom Therapy EFT.
