Move forward and away from Anxiety, Trauma / PTSD  into Recovery, learn a healing technique to let go of what’s potentially holding you back.

I use a combination of enhanced breathing techniques, deep meditation and Reiki healing to clear your energy field to tap into your unconscious to root out resistance that may be holding you back. Courses will run at least 4 times a year.


Heal with EFT

EFT is a mind / body technique that incorporates physical and emotional blockages and releases them from within your energy system with a light and effective tapping technique and positive intention.

It is simple and heals past trauma. EFT is simple to learn and apply, is non-invasive and gentle, forgiving and non-judgmental. It is flexible, curative and powerful helping you overcome a wide variety of problems. EFT is simple and effective; the results can be rapid. It often works where all other treatments have failed. Whilst results can sometimes take time with EFT, it is absolutely possible to get immediate and long-lasting relief from even serious and intractable problems like phobias and PTSD.

After undertaking randomised trials Emotional Freedom Techique (EFT), The National Institute for Health Research NHS stated that EFT is recommended for the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Stress Disorder and Anxiety.
